Paws Inn the Falls, best known to Niagara Falls residents as the animal rescue facility opened by Janine Gallo and Nicole Dyer in Wheatfield, is not accepting stray dogs from the city of Lockport.
Gallo and Dyer have been frequent critics of how Niagara Falls has handled its stray dogs by using the services on the Pit Chic on Grand Island.
