I had a meeting last night. It was canceled because of weather.
I have now used my snowblower twice. It is awesome living on a block where two neighbors and I compete to see who can clear the walk first.
There is a city council meeting tonight. There does not seem to be a lot on the agenda but the Beech Avenue Park fight may be taking a different turn.
Supporters and the city have begun talks about the municipality turning the land over to the community so that Niagara United Vision can use its 501C(3) status to seek grants to pay for development and upkeep
The Gazette this morning finally reported on Mayor Robert Restaino claiming title to the former 10th Street playground. The Express last week reached out to Niagara Falls Redevelopment but received no response. It appears that battle may be headed back to court.
