There’s a big difference between where NFR wants to build their data center; definitely not rural property. Am not connected to the project; however if the data center will create much needed employment and cost the taxpayers of the city nothing to build it am all for it.

This link has no paywall. Niagara Falls Redevelopment has proposed a large data center in Niagara Falls.
NFR has own large swaths of mostly vacant land in downtown Niagara Falls for more than a quarter century.

I have concerns, but I admit I don't really know much about data centers at this point and have to do more research. It won't create too many jobs in the long term once construction is complete, but having something big like that paying property tax has got to be one positive.
