PETIT LARCENY: A Falls cop moonlighting as Walmart security was alerted to a man using what appeared to be fake Lego coupons at about 7:20 p.m. Monday. The suspect also left a box of cereal in his cart without giving it to the cashier. Patrick McAndrews, 55, of Grand Island, was arrested and charged with petit larceny. The coupons were homemade. The items purchased were scanned back into inventory and refunded to his debit card.

PETIT LARCENY: A Falls cop moonlighting as Walmart security was alerted to a man placing items in shopping bags at about 8:45 p.m. Monday. Joshua Haag, 1134B Cleveland Ave. allegedly attempted to pay for one bottle of soda and leave the store without paying for items valued at $190.89.

STOLEN VEHICLE: A Sheraton Hotel visitor in town for a conference between Sunday and Tuesday reported he dropped the keys to his Nissan Frontier on the ground near his vehicle. Someone found them and stole the vehicle.

UNINSURED: A plate reader alerted an officer to a suspended registration on Hyde Park Boulevard at about 1:50 p.m. Tuesday. Jose Soriarivera of Buffalo was arrested and charged with driving with no insurance and driving with a suspended registration.

ROBBERY: Subway on Pine Avenue was robbed at knifepoint by someone who got away with the cash register drawer containing $277.08.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: Police were called to DiCamillo’s Linwood Avenue for a report of criminal mischief at about 4:50 p.m. Tuesday. A group of youths was observed fleeing the area. A window valued at $400 was broken.
