As the press continues to allow the ex-President to speak in vague terms about what he will do if returned to office, it keeps pressing the Democrats for specifics. Meanwhile, for most of the mainstream media, hearing the Republicans say “end inflation” or “stop illegal immigration” seems to be enough. Rarely does anyone ask “how are you going to do that?” The fascinating thing is deporting 16 million people and placing massive tariffs on goods from China are both regarded as measures that would massively increase inflation.
