LARCENY: Thursday overnight someone entered an unlocked vehicle on Jerauld Avenue and took a wallet containing credit cards and ID.

MOWERS TAKEN: A resident of the 1600 block of 15th Street reported the theft of 3 mowers valued at about $1,800 sometime Thursday night.

SHOPLIFTING: Police were called to Walmart at about 4 p.m. Thursday for a report of shoplifting. Erica Williams, 30, of 248 22nd St. was charged with petit larceny for allegedly attempting to pass through the self checkout without paying for groceries valued at about $99.

SHOPLIFTING: Police were called to Walmart at about 6:11 p.m. Friday. Kylea Day, 19, of Hope Boulevard was arrested and charged with petit larceny. She allegedly attempted to take items valued at $529 without paying.

VANDALISM: A resident of the 2900 block of 20th Street reported someone vandalized his vehicle, flattening tires, slashing seats and spraypainting obscene words like “nigger” and “Trump”. Damage from the Friday/Saturday overnight incident was estimated at $3,500.

WARRANT: Police responding to a domestic incident in the 1400 block of Ferry Avenue at about 1:45 a.m. Saturday took Kevin Pentleton, 54, into custody on an outstanding warrant and an additional charge of resisting arrest.

GRAFFITI: Early Sunday morning someone was observed spraypainting graffiti on Ferry Avenue.

DWI: Police responded to Seneca OneStop at 1:20 a.m. Sunday where Harpreet Lal of Belleville had apparently crashed his car through the front of the business. He was charged with driving while intoxicated.
