When people see these treatment tanks, they rue the day that Niagara Falls NY was an industrial giant.
But does anyone 'here' know what the city of Niagara Falls would be like IF there were never any such industries 'here' that necessitated the need for these tanks at all?
Doubtful.
That's because if it had never been any such electro-chemical and other heavy industry in the city at all, there would have been very few people who now live here who would now be the offspring of those people that through the years came here to work in such industries.

As far as I feel, "No tanks, no thanks!"
