ROBBERY: Police were called to 7/11 on Niagara Street at about 7 a.m. Wednesday after a robbery. A man entered the store and collected items valued at $46.90 and attempted to leave as the clerk tried to lock the door. Police tracked down Terrel Vails, 19, of 8628 Second Avenue in the 400 block alley between 18th and 19th streets. He was charged with robbery and harassment.

MENACING: A 66th Street resident reported he pulled into the apartment lot at his building and saw unfamiliar males in a Ford Bronco so before going inside Wednesday morning, he snapped a photo with his phone. The occupants of the vehicle objected to being photographed. One of them pulled a gun, pointed it at the man and said “now what motherfucker.”

MENACING: At about 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, a known Walmart shoplifter entered the store, was recognized and asked to leave by loss prevention staff. The suspect threatened to kill employees.

SHOPLIFTING: Sally Beauty Supply reported a slim white male stole hairclippers valued at $354 at about 4 p.m. Wednesday.

UNWANTED PERSON: Raymond Wall, 54, of 600 Cayuga Drive was reported to be outside Gulf Express and Ollies on Niagara Falls Boulevard causing a disturbance at about 7:30 p.m. Wednesday. The police report said he appeared heavily intoxicated and yelling at officers and patrons “suck a dick.” He was ticked for disorderly conduct/obscene language and given a ride in a police car.

ILLEGAL VEHICLE: Officers on patrol in the 600 block of Ferry Avenue at about 2 a.m. Thursday saw a vehicle with no license plate illumination and executed a traffic stop. Dustin Jordan, 20, of 2489 LaSalle Ave. was the driver and was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, operating without a license, no inspection and no plate lamp.

NO INSURANCE: Police executed a traffic stop 1500 13th Street at about 3:18 a.m. Thursday. James Prince, 58, of 1111 Linwood Avenue was charged with an insurance violation.
