Shoot out at 11th and LaSalle

Police responded to 11th St. and LaSalle Avenue at about 12:45 a.m. Friday for several 911 calls of “shots heard” as well as a large fight in the vicinity of 11th Street and LaSalle Avenue.

When officers and detectives arrived on scene, one individual was found with a gunshot wound and was transported by AMR for treatment.

A short time later, detectives were notified that three other individuals arrived at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center with gunshot wounds.

All the victims are in stable condition and sustained non-life-threatening injuries.

STOLEN VEHICLE: A 2016 Dodge Journey was stolen from a Monroe Avenue address Tuesday/Wednesday overnight. The owner apparently left her fob in the car.

TRAFFIC STOP: Officers on GIVE patrol observed a 2008 BMW with dark tinted windows, no inspection sticker and a California registration in the 1700 block of Pine Avenue. Xochill Martinez, 45, of 3544 Ferry Ave. told police she purchased the vehicle in Ohio and had not yet registered it. She was charged with no inspection, operating with a suspended license, improper plates, no insurance, no license and aggravated unlicensed operation.

WALLET TAKEN: A wallet was taken from a vehicle parked in the 1700 block of 100th St. Tuesday/Wednesday overnight.

PROWLER: A resident of the 5500 block of 97th Street reported someone went through the contents of his unlocked vehicle early Wednesday morning and left behind a cell phone.

MENACING: Jimalee Kell, 52, of 1917 Walnut St. was charged with menacing and criminal possession of a weapon at about 8 p.m. Wednesday after allegedly threatening housemates with a taser.

TRAFFIC STOP: Officers observed an Escalade make an unsafe U-turn on Pierce Avenue at about 10:08 p.m. Wednesday an executed a traffic stop. Glenn Myree, 51, of 2221 Niagara Ave. was charged with no insurance, failure to signal, aggravated unlicensed operation, no inspection and invalid plates

CONTEMPT: Jamie Kitcho, 50, of 5610 Kies Ave. was arrested at 11 a.m. Thursday on a charge of criminal contempt.

INVESTIGATION: Police were called to Citgo on Main Street where the electric meter was damaged sometime between Tuesday and Thursday.

BURGLARY/ASSAULT: A resident of the 200 block of 74th Street reported leaving the front door unlocked while people partied and played cornhole in the backyard. Two males entered the home and stole a gold ring, a necklace and costume jewelry. The resident drove from the scene in his truck looking for the suspected thieves. He found the suspects at a park nearby and confronted them. A fight ensued. Police were called. They located the suspects and recovered the stolen items. Samuel Koch, 26, of 462 81st St. was charged with burglary, grand larceny and third-degree assault. A 2nd suspect was not identified on the report.
