Why he is the ex-President?

I say President Carter, President Bush, President Clinton and President Obama. I say ex-President Trump. Someone honorably discharged can never be an Ex-Marine, only a Marine. Ditto President. You only get the “Ex” when you have disgraced the office. That only changes for Cheetolini if he is pardoned by Governor Hochul or President Biden. The world can see now President Ford should never have pardoned President Nixon because it gave Nixon plausible deniability. Ford and President Ulysses Grant made the same mistake.
