Most of the parcels seem to be vacant lots on residential streets, but the sale of vacant property by the City of Niagara Falls is underway and continues through February 21.
Most of the lots seem to be in not-so-great areas. Many parcels have received bids of $50 and have assessed value of $2,000 or so.
Bidders must be a person and can only bid on 5 properties.
