In the middle, some numbers matters: Mortgage rates pushing 7% and home and rent prices still through the roof as well as grocery store prices.
On observation: We were always Wegmans shoppers. We now realize Tops is cheaper. We don't by meat often from either anymore, preferring J.C. Heitman beef from the NT Market, chicken from a small farm in Wilson and Wild Fork Foods for seafood and sometimes pork.
