PETIT LARCENY: Police charged Duane Andrews, 47, of 8305 Buffalo Ave. with petit larceny after he allegedly took 2 cans of Four Loko from the Buffalo Avenue 7/11 at about 6:30 a.m. Tuesday. The clerk refused to sign a supporting deposition but the description the clerk gave police, and an admission of theft from Andrews to police was enough to bring charges.

SHUT UP: Police arrested Brianna Porter, 30, of 1321 Ontario Ave. was charged with disorderly conduct/obscene language/gestures following an accident on Ontario Avenue involving a car she claimed to own that was registered to someone else. She allegedly interfered with officers and refused to quiet down and leave the scene.

CRAZY THREATS: Steven Flanders, 52, of 1014 Cleveland Ave. was charged with making threats of mass harm after he allegedly poured gas in the vestibule of the Portage Road Tops and walked in circles flicking a lighter threatening to light the building on fire. The incident occurred shortly before 8 p.m. Tuesday.

GRAND LARCENY: A Spruce Avenue resident reported reported someone entered his locked vehicle on the Tuesday/Wednesday overnight and stole numerous items including a MacBook, $300 in cash, a Milwaukee impact drill and battery and a speaker. The value of the stolen items was estimated at $3,000.
