STOLEN CAR: A resident of a Pine Avenue apartment reported the theft of her Toyota Camry valued at $17,000 in the Sunday/Monday overnight.

TRAFFIC STOP: Officers on patrol on Main Street at about 9 a.m. Monday were alerted by a plate reader that a car being driven by Sharise Scott, 55, of 1143 Haeberle Ave. had a registration suspended for insurance not in effect. She was charged with operating without insurance in effect, suspended registration, and aggravated unlicensed operation.

COYOTE BITE: A woman reported she was walking in the alley near B Street at about 10:30 p.m. Monday when she was attacked by a coyote that bit her arm.

JUMPED: A man told police he was walking on the 500 block of 10th Street when he was approached by a group of 5 men who called him a cracker and punched, beat and kicked him at about 12:57 a.m. Tuesday. He had sore ribs and a bloody face,.

SUSPENDED REGISTRATION: A plate reader alerted police a car being driven by Taariq Ware, 30 of Rochester had a suspended registration for insurance not in effect. They executed a traffic stop on Elm Court and charged him with aggravated unlicensed operation and driving with a suspended registration.
