Another day, another mural

“Free Your Mind” by artist Bree Gilliam is the new mural she completed for our Niagara Falls National Heritage Area mural project through funding from the NYS Downtown Revitalization Initiative (DRI). This amazing mural encapsulates the work that we do with and within our communities; encouraging our citizens to see the vibrant possibilities of beauty and positive transformation of our city.
