Flach on the Cauley motion

Don’t know how I missed this last week, but Jeff Flach broke down the Niagara Falls council’s vote on a walk-on resolution to rescind a previous decision to authorize the potential use of Community Development Block Grant funds to purchase land for the proposed event center. Mayor Bob Restaino has said the funding mechanism is off the table. But the council voted 3-2 to not bring Vincent Cauley’s motion to the table. Jeff and I don’t always agree but in this instance, he is right.
