Don’t forget ballot props

When you go to the polls tomorrow, please turn the ballot over and consider the propositions.

There are two, explained here by Bob Confer.

One allows increased borrowing capacity for small city school districts like Niagara Falls, North Tonawanda and Lockport.

The second extends the borrowing capacity of communities for wastewater and water treatment facilities.
