Accused murderer caught in Philly
38-year old Juan Ubiles was located and arrested in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was wanted for the June 19th murder of Gregory Vincent on 18th Street. He has been charged with 2nd degree murder and criminal possesion of a weapon.
