STOLEN DIRTBIKE: A Buffalo Avenue resident reported someone stole his Honda dirtbike valued at around $3,000 from behind his home in the 7800 block in the Thursday/Friday overnight.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF/ARSON: An Ashland Avenue resident reported someone broke into his car on the Thursday/Friday overnight, damaged the steering wheel and lit the front seat on fire.

PETIT LARCENY: Police arrested Alicia Cox, 48, of 1870 South Ave. on a charge of petit larceny at the Niagara Falls Boulevard Rite Aid at about 11:30 a.m. Friday. Rene Brown, 49, of Linwood Avenue was also charged in the same incident.

OPEN CONTAINER: Police arrested Davina Taylor, 52, of 2756 Niagara St. on a charge of restricted alcohol use after she was seen standing on a street corner drinking a Budweiser at about 5:13 p.m. Friday.

GRAND LARCENY: Carlene Gordon, 53, of Kingston, Ontario was charged with grand larceny at WalMart after allegedly attempting to leave the store without paying from merchandise valued in excess of $1500 at about 7:40 p.m. Friday.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: A Grand Avenue resident reported Saturday morning someone had vandalized her vehicle with spraypaint.

CUSHIONS TAKEN: A 15th Street resident reported the theft of two chair cushions valued at $20 some time Friday.

ATTEMPTED BREAK IN: Police responded to an alarm early sunday morning at the Military Road T-mobile store and reported the front door was damaged but entry was not made. A keyholder assisted in the assessment.

DUI DRUGS: Police responded to Seneca One Stop at about 4:30 a.m. Sunday and found Germaine Brown, 43, of 1854 Cleveland Avenue disoriented behind the wheel of his car which was in drive. They asked him to put it in park and shut it off. He shut it off. Brown failed field sobriety tests but tested clear of alcohol. He was charged with DWAI Drugs 3, prior conviction within 15 years and aggravated unlicensed operation alcohol.

PETIT LARCENY: Police arrested Broderick Campbell, 43, of Chilton Avenue, Niagara Falls, at 1:14 p.m. Sunday on a charge of petit larceny after he allegedly attempted to take items from Home Depot without paying.

PETIT LARCENY: Police responded to Hyde Park Family Dollar to investigate the theft of two containers of Tide Pods valued at a total of $32.

DIRTBIKE BUST: Police arrested Matthew Wollaber, 24, of 490 79th St. was charged with obstructing governmental administration and a host of other vehicle and traffic charges after he crashed his ATV on Lindbergh Avenue at about 6:50 p.m. Sunday. He allegedly told police “I don’t have to answer questions” and “you can’t prove shit” as he attempted to leave the scene. He was given an ambulance ride to Niagara Falls Memorial. His ATV was towed.
