You may have noticed the Express only refers to the 45th President as the Ex-President while calling President Obama, President Bush, President Clinton by their rightfully earned title. A Marine is never an ex-Marine unless he is dishonorably discharged. A President is never an Ex-President unless he has disgraced the office.
