BIKE STOLEN: Spider’s Web on Pine Avenue reported the theft of a Schwinn Bicycle early Friday morning.

STOLEN VEHICLE: A Cudabeck Avenue man reported someone stole his Land Rover in the Thursday/Friday overnight.

BURGLARY: The owner of an Independence Avenue residence reported a burglary. Items valued at about $800 were taken sometime last weekend.

DWI: Following an accident at about 8 p.m. Friday on Niagara Falls Boulevard, police charged Dalton Jimerson, 31, of 628 59th St. with driving while intoxicated. He was apprehended walking from the scene.

CARD SKIMMER FOUND: A credit card skimmer was found affixed to a checkout scanner Friday evening at the Military Road Walmart.

TANTRUM: Alonzo Jones, 36, of 3074 Macklem Ave. was charged with criminal mischief, criminal tampering and menacing after a scene at Well Now on Niagara Falls Boulevard where he threw things, argued with staff and made a scene at about 9:30 a.m. Saturday.

STOLEN BEER: Dante Gilliam, 50, of 1317 Portage Road, was charged with petit larceny after allegedly taking 3 cases of beer from Pine Avenue Rite Aid without paying.

DWI ACCIDENT: Police responded to the scene of an accident at Centre Court and 13th St. and charged Cynthia James, 46 with DWI, Aggravated DWI and operating a motor vehicle with BAC over .08.

FLEEING A FENDER BENDER: Lance Herie, 36, of 136 77th was charged with leaving the scene of an accident, aggravated unlicensed operation, following to closely following an accident shortly after 6 a.m. Sunday at Portage Road and Ferry Avenue.

SHOPLIFTER: David Burley, 38, homeless, was charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing items valued at $55 from a Portage Road store at 11 a.m. Sunday.

GARAGE CLEANED OUT: A Spruce Avenue resident reported the theft of items valued at $1300 from his garage in the Sunday overnight.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: A resident of the 500 block of 5th Street reported an unwanted male banged on her door and attempted to gain entry late Sunday night cause damage to a door frame valued at $300.

BURGLARY: A Pierce Avenue residence was burglarized by someone who took a TV, a change jug and jewelry sometime in the Sunday/Monday overnight.
