CAR DAMAGED: A Linwood Avenue resident in the 2700 block reported someone did $3000 damage to her car with a brick sometime between Friday and Sunday.
CAR DAMAGED: A Spruce Avenue resident in the 300 block reported someone scratched his car door between 9:30 and 10 p.m. Friday.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: The Parks Department reported damage to gutters on Robbins Drive sometime Friday about 10:45 p.m. Two lights were also pulled from their posts and damaged.
CAR BURGLED: A guest at a Rainbow Boulevard hotel left his car unlocked. Items taken included a camera as well as his wallet. The incident occurred in the Thursday/Friday overnight.
DISABLED MAN VICTIMIZED: A Walnut Avenue man, on oxygen and deaf, was victimized by someone who entered his unlocked garage sometime between Wednesday and Thursday and stole a mower, a snowblower and other items valued in excess of $4,000.
UNWANTED GUEST: The owner of a Buffalo Ave. motel was assisted in removing an unwanted guest about noon Friday. Raschid Hare, 45, of 9890 Niagara Falls Boulevard was charged with criminal trespass.
UNREGISTERED ATV: Police observed an ATV in the lot at the Pine Avenue Autozone. Jeffrey Grabowski of LaSalle Ave. was arrested and charged with operating an unregistered ATV, failure to display a registration and operating an ATV on a highway.
DRUNKEN BAR FIGHT: A heavily intoxicated woman with a bloody nose was tended to by officers at a Niagara Falls Boulevard saloon at about midnight Saturday. A dispute apparently began with an ethnic slur. The assailant was nowhere to be found.
KIA DAMAGED: A rented Kia parked in the lot at a Niagara Falls Boulevard Motel was damaged by someone who attempted to steal it in the Saturday/Sunday overnight.
FORD DAMAGED: Police investigated criminal mischief at a Falls Boulevard hotel in the Friday Saturday overnight. Someone broke into a Ford Explorer by shattering a window. Nothing was taken.
WALLET TAKEN: Friday sometime between 11:20 and 11:40 p.m. someone entered an unlocked vehicle on Girard Avenue, stole a wallet and used a credit card to charge $200.
TRAFFIC STOP: Officers on GIVE patrol observed a vehicle operating unsafely near Grand Avenue and executed a traffic stop at about 1:53 a.m. Sunday. Waldon Jabbar Ellis, 49, of 726 Pierce Ave. greeted officers in a hostile and uncooperative fashion, repeatedly yelling “suck my dick you fucking cracker”, “I ain’t gotta give you my fucking license” and “I’ll break your fucking jaw you bitch.” Ellis was charged with failure to stop at a stop sign, imprudent speed and driving without a license.
SHOPLIFTING: At about 10 a.m. Sunday, police were called to the Pine Avenue Family Dollar for a report of a shoplifter. Darius Eady, 34, of 659 19th St. was found walking nearby and charged with petit larceny.
UNREGISTERED: Police patrolling Centre Court observed Christopher Rajtar allegedly operating an unregistered mini bike. He was charged with operating an unregistered motorcycle and no plates.
