UNFRIENDLY NEIGHBOR: Police were called to a South Avenue address at 2 a.m. Monday for a report of a disturbance. A woman reported a neighbor, with whom she has had repeated issues, ripped her Blink camera off her porch and was banging in her front door. As police took her into custody, the suspect said “I’m going to beat your ass. Wait until I get out bitch.” The suspect was charged with criminal mischief, criminal trespassing and harassment.
DWI REFUSAL: A car ran a redlight at 9:10 a.m. Sunday at 24th Street and Pine Avenue. The driver, a Hagen Street, Buffalo man, failed field sobriety tests and refused a Breathalyzer. He was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, felony DWI for 2 previous convictions within 10 years, circumventing an interlock device, running a redlight and resisting arrest.
PETIT LARCENY: At 12:55 a.m. Saturday, police were called to Pine Avenue 7/11 for a report of petit larceny. They found the suspect walking down the street with a phone charger and a black and mild. They returned him to the store at 28th and Pine for a show up. He was charged with petit larceny.
SCRAPPERS: Police were called to RAAR LLC on Packard Road for a report of trespassers at the business which has had difficulties with people stealing metal. They established a perimeter and when it became apparent someone was on the scene called for back-up. The suspects, a Pierce Avenue man and Whitney Avenue woman ran straight to waiting cops where they were taken into custody on charges of trespass, tampering and possession of burglar tools.
UNREGISTERED: Police were on patrol on Pine Avenue at about 1:36 a.m. Sunday when they saw a vehicle at about 1:36 a.m. make a turn onto 24th without signaling. A traffic stop revealed the vehicle, being operated by a Youngstown woman, had no insurance and no registration.
