About the Olympics

As with past years, the best coverage is Channel 5 from Canada. The NBC coverage is typically stilted, taped and contrived. Canadian coverage is more authentic. A highlight was hearing the talking heads mention the possibility disc golf may be added to the summer Olympics. I like the idea. I also like curling.

About recycled QBs

Seeing Sam Darnold win a Super Bowl makes me feel better about the laughable assertion I have had for at least 5 years. If Darnold had been drafted by the Bills, and Josh Allen by the Jets, Sam would have soared. Josh would be on his 4th team winning his first Super Bowl. So the real question becomes who is the next washed-out-too-soon QB to rise? Zach Wilson? Mac Jones? Kenny Picket? My money is on Mason Rudolph or Mitch Trubisky.
