I was just about to sketch up a Thanksgiving-related cartoon when I realized that I should hold off until next week. So what cartoon-worthy news happened this week? In the Trumpiverse, there’s always plenty of pickings.
I saw numerous reports of cybertrayal by the soulless—but brutally honest—search engine dubbed Truth Search AI. This tool was rolled out in August 2025, ancient news in today’s media whirlwind, but what is new was the revelation of how TSA answered these specific questions:

Trump likes to fire the messengers of bad news, public-guillotine style, to distract from the message itself. He canned Dr. Erika McEntarfer from her role as the Commissioner of the Bureau of Labor Statistics because she allegedly produced “rigged” and “faked” numbers for political purposes. That act, which still rankles me, inspired this cartoon.
As they say: You can fool some of the people all of the time, and all of the people some of the time, but you can not fool Trump’s AI bot . . . until Devin Nunes* gets in there and fixes the settings.

*Devin Nunes is the Chair of the President’s Intelligence Advisory Board. He has a master’s degree in agriculture, so he should be able to grow a pair and leave TSA alone. It seems to be working just fine.
