CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: A 10th Street resident reported someone broke the rear window of his work truck sometime Tuesday night. He told police he just moved in and does not have enemies.
PETIT LARCENY: An officer moonlighting as Walmart Security at 12:45 p.m. Tuesday was alerted to a customer in the grocery department. The Buffalo Avenue resident attempted to leave the store without paying for groceries valued at $745.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Police were called to Tops on Portage Road for a disturbance at about 1:15 p.m. Tuesday where a Niagara Falls man had become irate because he was unable to render payment for his purchases. The man refused to calm down and allegedly resisted arrest, telling police he is the only black man with a key to the city and he is the one who has been cleaning up the streets. He was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and failure to move along.
