Main and Portage can be safer

I am not out of town yet but when I saw the supporting documentation for tonight's council meeting in my in box I decided to take a moment to post it. As a regular bicycle rider who passes through Main and Portage multiple times a week, the plan by Ally Spongr DeGon, Saladin Quanaah Allah and the National Heritage area makes good sense. That intersection as it is now, is dangerous. I wanted to post the supporting document and powerpoint via Facebook but could not figure out how so here it is.
