SHOPLIFTING: A Buffalo man was charged with shoplifting at 9:47 a.m. Sunday after being observed attempting to steal a sweatshirt valued at $16.62.

LARCENY: A Brampton, Ontario man was charged with grand larceny after he picked up a money clip dropped by another patron shortly after midnight Sunday. The clip contained $1,020 according to the victim.

TRESPASSING: An Ontario Avenue woman was identified allegedly trespassing ar Walmart at 2:15 p.m. Saturday. The suspect, banned from all Walmarts because of previous incidents, initially gave police a false name. She was charged with false personation and trespassing and taken into custody on an outstanding narcotics warrant from North Tonawanda.

STOLEN VEHICLE RECOVERED: A Willow Avenue man and a Buffalo woman were charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle after they were found in a car reported stolen out of Buffalo at about 11:05 a.m. Friday at Hyde Park Boulevard and Lockport Street. The woman driving the vehicle said she paid for it via Facebook and did not know it was stolen.
