“Beyond the Murals: A Conversation with Our Neighbors,” is a series of portraits that document the stories of individuals living in the Niagara Falls community, will debut at the Power City Eatery this Saturday.
The exhibit is a tribute to Niagara Falls residents, as part of the ongoing work of the Niagara Falls National Heritage Area and Niagara Falls Underground Railroad Museum to connect people to the vibrant history of the Niagara region through personal stories.
Lead photographer Sara Heidinger collaborated with two apprentices, Kayleigh Day and Ja'Nae Gilmer Bradberry, on the project.
The exhibition will be the topic of an opening reception from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday at Power City Eatery 444 3rd St.
