The Niagara Beautification Commission (NBC) is has announced its third annual "We Love Halloween” contest.

If the quote wasn’t a clue, this year, NBC is teaming up with Backyard of Horrors for our Halloween contest. Backyard of Horrors is an annual and free haunted walkthrough on Halloween night. Located at 1010 93rd Street and thiyear they are sponsoring our Halloween decorating contest!
If you decorate for Halloween or are looking to see which houses are decked out in your area, NBC would highly recommend downloading FrightMaps and adding your display to the map.
Judges will be out and about, or you can submit a home. Nominations must be received by October 31st. You can nominate someone on our website or by sending us an email
