NO LICENSE: Police on GIVE patrol at 5:38 p.m. Monday on Walnut Avenue executed a traffic stop on a vehicle being driven by Paul Hoffman, 50, of Batavia. Hoffman was driving without a license and failure to stop at a stop sign.

TRAFFIC STOP: Police executed a traffic stop in the 2400 block alley of Ferry Ave. on a vehicle being driven by Judy Harpham, 46, of 200 Rainbow Blvd. Harpham was charged with obstructed view, aggravated unlicensed operation, operating a unregistered vehicle, no insurance, improper plates, operating with an unassigned plate and no plate lamp.

MENACING: Police responded to 901 Cedar Ave. at about 11:11 a.m. Monday for a report of a landlord tenant dispute which quickly turned into an incident of menacing with a weapon. John Dillon, 68, of that address allegedly threated staff with a pipe wrench he was charged with menacing 2nd degree.

TRAFFIC STOP: Police patrolling in the city market observed a motorcycle with no plate and attempted to execute a traffic stop at about 1:51 p.m. Monday. The operator of the bike took off but crashed nearby and attempted to flee the scene. David Fiorentini, 43, of 2254 Whitney Ave. was charged with fleeing an officer in a motorvehicle and obstructing governmental administration. His companion,Amy Pyrczak, 39, of the same address was held on an outstanding warrant. Suspected narcotics were recovered as well.
