ILLEGAL VEHICLE: An officer on patrol on 96th Street at about 9:48 a.m. Thursday observed a vehicle being operated by Christopher Scrivano with only one plate. Scrivano was charged with driving an unregistered vehicle, no insurance and aggravated unlicensed operation as well as improper plates.

STOLEN HELMET: A man left his $200 Bell motorcycle helmet on his bike at the casino when it was stolen Sunday afternoon. He decided to ride back to Rochester without a helmet.

THREATS: A person who recently took up residence at the Niagara Gospel Mission reported receiving threatening text messages including one that said “click, click now I know where you live.”

UNRULY PEOPLE: Police responded to an ATV complaint on Frontier Avenue at about 6 p.m. Thursday when they were flagged down by a person alleging Alexander Bosley, 29, of 5651 Frontier Ave. had made threats. Bosley was on his porch with his wife, Alexis Bosley, 23 and mother, Brenda Bosley, 59. Police reported they were unable to communicate with the trio due to “loud and obnoxious and aggressive yelling.” Officers were about to clear the scene when Alexander grabbed Ultimate Fighting Championship mixed martial arts gloves and allegedly threatened to place the officer in a rear-naked choke hold. As the officer approached to take Alexander into custody, Alexis obstructed his path, pushed him away and punched the officer in the face. While arresting Alexis, she grabbed the officer’s genitals causing significant pain. Charges from the incident include resisting arrest, harassment, disorderly conduct, felony assault and obstructing.

NEGLECTED DOG: Police saw an emaciated, neglected dog at the Bosley residence which was in dilapidated condition, The dog had trouble walking because it needed its nails trimmed. Bones were protruding from its pelvis. Diapers and garbage were throughout the house. The sink was full of dirty dishes. Officers seized the animal because conditions were not fit for a dog.

STOLEN BIKE: A boy left his bike while playing near Hyde Park School and reported someone stole it late Thursday afternoon.

STRUCTURE FIRE: Grass was set on fire by a carelessly discarded cigarette at a Whitney Avenue address.

GOOD INTENTIONS: A Portage Road resident heard a commotion outside and tried to intervene in a fight. The gang turned on him, knocked him to the ground with kicks and punches and left him bloody at about 1 a.m. Friday.
