Niagara Falls Police Blotter

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: Officers were called Wizard Method on Connecting Road for a burglary in progress at about 5:45 a.m. Monday. A window had smashed and thieves appeared to have attempted a theft but were scared off by an alarm. There was a video.

STOLEN WALLET: A woman reported she left her wallet on top of her dog stroller while in the community room at 300 Niagara Ave. and someone stole it about 3 p.m. Sunday. Items taken included 3 credit cards, ID and $30 in cash.

CHASE: Police observed a vehicle with a broken taillight leave the curb without signaling on Whitney Avenue at about 11:40 a.m. Monday. A chase ensued and ended on Niagara Falls Boulevard. Raymone Wilson, 19, of Buffalo was charged with fleeing an officer, reckless driving, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to signal, failure to stop at a stop sign and driving without a license.

TRAFFIC STOP: Officers on patrol Monday on Buffalo Avenue at about 6:25 p.m. reported observing a vehicle with a suspended registration and executed a traffic stop. Deanna Millender, 48, of Buffalo was charged with driving with no insurance, driving with a suspended registration and driving with a suspended license.

STOLEN VEHICLE: A Cleveland Avenue resident reported the theft of his Chevy Tahoe at about 3 a.m. Tuesday.
