A year after being greenlighted for a massive tax subsidy to build a new mega warehouse in the Town of Niagara, Amazon has yet to break ground or show any progress.
The proposed facility originally targeted Grand Island before being wooed by Niagara County which offered tax incentives at the expense of municipalities and school districts.
