Ken Cosentino alleges Niagara Falls Water Board vendors buy tickets to fundraisers run by Water Board Chairman Nick Forster, who also is Chairman of “Democrats Building Bridges.”
Then the same vendors receive change orders on existing work which functions as a reimbursement.
Cosentino also talked to an anonymous source who claims there is $1.5 million in wasted salary at the board.
