Mow your leaves. Let them feed the soil. If you want your leaves added to the solid waste stream and landfilled in Lewiston like food packaging from Tops or Wegmans, bring them to the roadside. 

Niagara Falls leaf collection schedule

The Department of Public Works will be providing leaf pick-up in accordance with the following schedule starting the Week of Nov. 7:

Week 1 – Starting Nov. 7: (Ontario Avenue to City Line, Hyde Park to Niagara Scenic Parkway) this includes DeVeaux and Highland Areas.

Week 2 – Starting Nov. 14: (Cayuga Island and Black Creek Area)

Week 3 – Starting Nov. 21: (Pine Avenue to Ontario Avenue, Hyde Park to Whirlpool Street)

Week 4 – Nov. 28: (Pine Avenue to Buffalo Avenue, Hyde Park to Niagara Scenic Parkway)

Week 5 – Dec. 5: (56th Street to 104th Street – Niagara Falls Boulevard side)

Week 6 – Dec. 12: (56th Street to City Line – Buffalo Avenue side)

Week 7 – Dec. 19 (Lockport Road to Buffalo Avenue, Hyde Park Boulevard to 56th Street)
