The developers who purchased the former Globe Metallurgical property at College and Highland first patched up the fence along College Avenue.
Last week, however, a crane was on site unloading large computer equipment that looked to be liquid cooled processors. At least 6 units were delivered. Excavators could also be seen on site doing some sort of digging.
It’s much different from filing plans with the city or using eminent domain to seize private land for a massive hockey arena for which there has been no feasibility study.
It’s nice to see a project announced and then actually being built.
