LARCENY: A Falls officer moonlighting at Walmart was directed to a light-skinned male with a face tattoo who changed into new shoes and put a jacket on from the rack before attempting to leave just after noon Thursday. Julian Chilvas, 31, of Buffalo was charged with petit larceny.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: A resident of the 800 block of 20th Street reported someone smashed a window on his residence at about 7:30 p.m. Thursday.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Officers on patrol on Niagara Falls Boulevard at about 4:43 p.m. Saturday near Tim Horton’s, observed Aaron Cheff, 35, of 409 Elmwood Avenue walking back and forth and ranting profanely. Approached by police, Cheff said “fuck you. I don’t have to stop” and “I don’t have to stop. I didn’t assault anybody boy.” Cheff was taken into custody on a charge of disorderly conduct.

SUSPENDED REGISTRATION: An officer patrolling Main Street was alerted to a suspended registration by a plate reader at about 11:47 p.m. Saturday.Lajuan Billingslea, 25, of Lackawanna was charged with operating with a suspended license, failure to deliver registration and no inspection.

SHOPLIFTING: Collins Washington, 53, homeless was tracked down by police following an alleged shoplifting incident at about 4 p.m. Sunday. Collins tried to ditch his loot when approached by police.
