I worked in Lewiston Friday, commuting by bike.
It’s fun to see things no one would otherwise notice.
For example: From the Fort Gray overlook, which is most accessible by bike, there is a clear view of the Toronto skyline.
The October, 1812 battle of Fort Gray left 300 Americans dead.
A little further along the path, there is another surprise. Crews are hard at work on the path that will zig-zag down the hill to Artpark. Soon, we will be able to travel from the top of Lewiston Hill on Niagara Scenic Parkway into Artpark without going on Center Street.
